31 | 31 | | (a) Subsection (a) is amended by adding a new paragraph (3A) to read as follows: 28 |

32 | 32 | | “(3A) An unlicensed establishment that actually applied for a retailer license 29 |

33 | 33 | | under paragraph (3) of this subsection shall be allowed to change the location of the retailer 30 |
---|
34 | 34 | | facility on its application within 180 calendar days after the effective date of the Prohibition of 31 |

35 | 35 | | Cannabis Retailers Near Schools Emergency Amendment Act of 2024, passed on emergency 32 |

44 | 44 | | recreation center, or the nearest property line of the school or recreation center, is actually on or 39 |

45 | 45 | | occupies ground zoned commercial or industrial according to the official atlases of the Zoning 40 |

47 | 47 | | (b) Subsection (c) is amended by striking the phrase “shall not apply where” and inserting 42 |

48 | 48 | | the phrase “shall not apply to cultivation center or internet retailer license applications where” in 43 |
