21+Elizabeths East campus.

20-BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
21-act may be cited as the “Multiyear Contract No. DCAM-22-CS-RFP-0011 with Ameresco, Inc.
22-Approval and Payment Authorization Emergency Act of 2024”.
23- Sec. 2. Pursuant to section 451 of the Home Rule Act (D.C. Official Code § 1- 204.51)
24-and notwithstanding the requirements of section 202(a) of the Procurement Practices Reform Act of 2010, effective April 8, 2011 (D.C. Law 18-371; D.C. Official Code § 2- 352.02(a)), the
25-Council approves multiyear Contract No. DCAM -22-CS-RFP-0011 with Ameresco, Inc. to
26-develop a new resilient microgrid providing energy to St. Elizabeths East campus and authorizes
27-payment in the not -to-exceed amount of $4,656,198 for the goods and services received and to
28-be received under the contract.
29- Sec. 3. Fiscal impact statement.
30-The Council adopts the fiscal impact statement of the Chief Financial Officer as the fiscal
31-impact statement required by section 4a of the General Legislative Procedures Act of 1975, approved October 16, 2016 (120 Stat. 2038; D.C. Official Code § 1-301.47a).
32- Sec. 4. Effective date.
33-This act shall take effect following approval by the Mayor (or in the event of veto by the
