17	17		To approve, on an emergency basis, multiyear Contract No. CW118505 with Intergraph
18	18		Corporation d/b/a Hexagon Corporation to maintain and support the mission-critical
19	19		Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system for the Office of Unified Communications, and
20	20		to authorize payment for the goods and services received and to be received under the

23	23		BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
24	24		act may be cited as the “Multiyear Contract No. CW118505 with Intergraph Corporation d/b/a
25	25		Hexagon Corporation Approval and Payment Authorization Emergency Act of 2024”.

27		-	Sec. 2. Pursuant to section 451 of the Home Rule Act ~~(D.C. Official Code § 1- 204.51)~~
28		-	and notwithstanding the ~~requirements of section 202(a) of the Procurement Practices Reform Act~~
29		-	of 2010, effective April ~~8, 2011 (D.C. Law 18- 371; D.C. Official Code § 2- 352.02(a)), the~~
30		-	Council approves multiyear ~~Contract No. CW118505 with Intergraph Corporation d/b/a~~
31		-	Hexagon Corporation to maintain ~~and support the mission- critical Computer Aided Dispatch~~

33		-	exceed amount of $12,330,416.66 ~~for the goods and services received and to be received under~~

36	36		Sec. 3. Fiscal impact statement.
37	37		The Council adopts the fiscal impact statement of the Chief Financial Officer as the fiscal
38	38		impact statement required by section 4a of the General Legislative Procedures Act of 1975,
39	39		approved October 16, 2006 (120 Stat. 2038; D.C. Official Code § 1-301.47a).

52	52		Sec. 4. Effective date.
53	53		This act shall take effect following approval by the Mayor (or in the event of veto by the
54	54		Mayor, action by the Council to override the veto), and shall remain in effect for no longer than
55	55		90 days, as provided for emergency acts of the Council of the District of Columbia in section
56	56		412(a) of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act, approved December 24, 1973 (87 Stat. 813;
57	57		D.C. Official Code § 1-204.12(a)).
