22 | | - | WHEREAS, Ms. Bibbs began her professional and teaching career in 1987 in the |

23 | | - | mathematics department of H.D. Woodson Senior High School, and taught secondary |

24 | | - | mathematics, summer school mathematics, and other courses, and served in the central |

25 | | - | administration as the mathematics content specialist for 18 years; |

27 | | - | WHEREAS, Ms. Bibbs then accepted a role as the Assistant Principal of W.B. Patterson |

28 | | - | Elementary School and served in that position for 2 years and was then promoted to the position |

31 | | - | WHEREAS, M s. Bibbs tenure as an educator and administrator has been marked by |
