20 | | - | Network (WIN) in October 1996, a transformative organization dedicated to fostering citizen empowerment, accountability of elected officials, and addressing community issues across the District; |

22 | | - | Corporation (CDC) in 2006 to enhance local civic life through initiatives such as affordable housing, health and wellness education, job training, and workforce development; |
