17-WHEREAS, The Council of the District of Columbia wishes to recognize and celebrate
18-the remarkable 15th Pastoral Anniversary of Rev. Dexter U. Nutall;

20-WHEREAS, Rev. Nutall has been a steadfast leader and spiritual guide in the New Bethel
21-Baptist Church, dedicating his life to the service of others and the advancement of faith;
22-
23-WHEREAS, during his tenure as pastor of New Bethel Baptist Church, Rev. Nutall has
24-made significant contributions to the well- being of our community, promoting unity, compassion,
25-and hope among residents;

27-WHEREAS, under his leadership, New Bethel Baptist Church has grown both in
28-membership and in outreach, providing essential services and support to those in need, including
29-food drives, community service projects, and mentorship programs;

31-WHEREAS, Rev. Nutall’s commitment to social justice and advocacy has inspired many,
32-fostering a culture of inclusivity and understanding within our diverse community;

34-WHEREAS, Rev. Nutall’s messages of love, resilience, and faith have uplifted countless
35-individuals, encouraging personal growth and spiritual development.

44-Nutall for fifteen years of dedication and spiritual leadership at New Bethel Baptist Church.
