To confirm, on an emergency basis, the reappointment of Ms. Norma Hutcheson to the Board of 12
Ethics and Government Accountability. 13

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this 15
resolution may be cited as the "District of Columbia Board of Ethics and Government 16
Accountability Norma Hutcheson Confirmation Emergency Approval Resolution of 2023". 17
Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the reappointment of: 18

as a member of the Board of Ethics and Government Accountability, established by section 202 25
of the Board of Ethics and Government Accountability Establishment and Comprehensive Ethics 26
Reform Amendment Act of 2011, effective April 27, 2012 (D.C. Law 19-124; D.C. Official 27
Code ยง 1-1162.02), for a term to end July 1, 2028. 28
Sec. 3. The Council of the District of Columbia shall transmit a copy of this resolution, 29
upon its adoption, to the nominee and to the Office of the Mayor. 30
Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately. 31
