To confirm, on an emergency basis, the reappoint ment of Ms. Norma Hutcheson to the Board of
Ethics and Government Accountability.
RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
resolution may be cited as the "District of Columbia Board of Ethics and Government
Accountability Norma Hutcheson Confirmation Emergency Approval Resolution of 2023".
Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the reappointment of:
Ms. Norma Hutcheson
13th Street, NW
Washington, DC 20011
(Ward 4)
as a member of the Board of Ethics and Government Accountability, established by section 202
of the Board of Ethics and Government Accountability Establishment and Comprehensive Ethics Reform Amendment Act of 2011, effective April 27, 2012 (D.C. Law 19- 124; D.C. Official
Code ยง 1- 1162.02), for a term to end July 1, 2028.
Sec. 3. The Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the
nominee and to the Office of the Mayor.
Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
