(“BGI”). This proposed contract is for on call construction, repair and replacement services to be provided to DCHA to complete immediate and ongoing repairs in DCHA’s portfolio of projects. DCHA plans to enter into the contract with BGI for on call construction, repair and replacement services using capital funds appropriated by the Council of the District of Columbia in the FY23 budget. Office Code§ 1-204.51(c)(3), and section 202 29 of the Procurement Practices Reform Act of 2010, effective April 8, 2011 (D.C. Law 18-371; 30 D.C. Code § 2-352.02, the Council of the District of Columbia (Council) approves the Contract 31 for Services (DCHA CA-X-2023), a multiyear agreement between DCHA and Brailsford & 32 Dunlavey, Inc. to provide construction management services for DCHA's portfolio of projects. 33 Sec. 3. The Secretary of the Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its 34 adoption, to DCHA and the Mayor. 35 1 Sec. 4. Fiscal impact statement. 2 The Council adopts the fiscal impact statement of the Chief Financial Officer as the 3 fiscal impact statement required by section a of the General Legislative Procedures Act of 197 5, 4 approved October 16, 2006 (120 Stat. 2038; D.C.
