	12	+	the United States Environmental Protection Agency Clean School Bus Rebate Program.

	20	+	1-204.51) and section 202 of the Procurement Practices Reform Act of 2010 (D.C. Official Code

	26	+	RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
	27	+	resolution may be cited as the “Contract No. CW104923 with Phoenix Electric Sales, Inc.20
	28	+	Emergency Approval Resolution of 2023.”21
	29	+	Sec. 2. (a) The Office of Contracting and Procurement, on behalf of the Office of the22
	30	+	State Superintendent of Education, proposes to enter into a multiyear contract with Phoenix23
	31	+	24
	32	+	Agency’s 2022 Clean School Bus Rebate Program.25
	33	+	(b) The not-to-exceed price for the term of this multiyear contract with Phoenix
	34	+	26
	35	+	Electric Sales, Inc. is $3,681,490. The term will be two years from the date of award.27
	36	+	Sec. 3. Pursuant to section 451(c)(3) of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act,28
	37	+	approved December 24, 1973 (87 Stat. 803; Pub. L. 93-198; D.C. Official Code § 129
