27 | | - | 21, 2022 (D.C. Law 24-227; 69 DCR 13987) (“temporary act”). The temporary act is set to |

29 | | - | (b) The provisions of this emergency legislation are identical to the temporary act and |

30 | | - | will prevent a gap in the law as the Council advances the permanent legislation. |
