IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

To confirm the reappointment of Dr. Joette James to the Board of Psychology.
RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
resolution may be cited as the “Board of Psychology Dr. Joette James Confirmation Resolution
of 2023”.
Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the reappointment of:
Dr. Joette James
Keefer Place, NW
Washington, DC 20010
(Ward 1)
as a psychologist licensed in the District member of the Board of Psychology, pursuant to section
211 of the District of Columbia Health Occupations Revision Act of 1985, effective March 25,
1986 (D.C. Law 6-99; D.C. Official Code § 3-1202.11), for a term to end November 30, 2025.
Sec. 3. The Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the
nominee and to the Mayor.
Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
