20 | 20 | | The proposed resolution will approve a collective bargaining agreement between the District |

21 | 21 | | of Columbia Department of Behavioral Health and the Doctors' Council of the District of |

22 | 22 | | Columbia, NUHHCE, AFSCME, AFL-CIO ("Doctors' Council"). The agreement provides |
---|
23 | 23 | | for an 8% retroactive wage increase for Fiscal Year 2021, an 8% retroactive wage increase |
---|
24 | 24 | | for Fiscal Year 2022, a 10% retroactive wage increase for Fiscal Year 2023, and a 7% wage |
---|
25 | 25 | | increase |
---|
26 | 26 | | for Fiscal Year 2024 as well as a $20,000 wage increases for the same fiscal year. |

27 | 27 | | Premium pay for evening and night shifts |

28 | 28 | | (6 pm through 6 am) will increase from a 10% |
