In 2017, Dr. Eric Li became Interim Chief Medical Officer at United M edical Center, one of the oldest public hospital s in the country. While there, he was responsible for managing the operations of the entire hospital, and has even served as a member of the hospital’s B oard of Directors. Since assuming the role as Interim Chief Medical Officer, he has helped the hospital overcome paramount challenges. In September 2019 his time as Interim Chief Medical Officer ended, and he continues to serve as the Chairman of the hospital’s Pathology department. Dr. Li has been studying medicine since 1978, appeared in several publications and conducted several symposium proceedings.
