To disapprove reprogramming request No. 25-0073 of $20,600,000 of FY 2023 Federal Payment 17
funds within the Department of Human Services from the Emergency Rental Assistance 18
Program to the Family Re-Housing Stabilization Program to cover costs associated with 19
replenishing contingency funds. 20

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this 22
resolution may be cited as the “ Emergency Rental Assistance Program Funding Removal 23
Reprogramming Request No. 25- 0073 Disapproval Resolution of 2023”. 24
Sec. 2. (a) Pursuant to section 47 -363 of the District of Columbia Official Code, the 25
Mayor transmitted to the Council reprogramming request No. 25- 0073 in the amount of 26
$20,600,000 in FY 2023 Federal Payment funds within the Department of Human Services from 27
the Emergency Rental Assistance Program to the Family Re-Housing Stabilization Program to 28
cover contingency spending associated with the Family Re-Housing Stabilization Program. 29
(b) The Council disapproves the $20 ,600,000 reprogramming request. 30
Sec. 3. The Secretary of the Council of the District of Columbia shall transmit a copy of 31
this resolution, upon its adoption, to the Mayor. 32
Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately. 33
