	140	+	Mrs. Heat her Wellington is an institutional commercial real estate
	141	+	professional with over 19 years of professional experience in
	142	+	commercial real estate development. Her extensive development
	143	+	experience includes overseeing all aspects of the development process,
	144	+	including acquisition, entitlement, design, and construction
	145	+	management, for mixed-use, residential, office, retail, and hotel projects
	146	+	in urban environments. Mrs. Wellington has managed new
	147	+	construction, base building renovations, and tenant improvements of
	148	+	more than 3.1 million square feet of space and in excess of $800 million.
	149	+	In her current role at FD Stonewater, a boutique real estate brokerage, investment, development,
	150	+	and asset management firm, Mrs. Wellington serves as Senior Vice President of Development
	151	+	providing project management leadership and oversight for development projects, nationally. Mrs.
	152	+	Wellington earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from George
	153	+	Washington University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from t he Colvin
	154	+	Institute of Real Estate Development at t he University of Maryland, College Park.
	155	+	Mrs. Wellington serves as President of the African American Real Estate Professionals DC. She
	156	+	serves as the Vice Chairperson on the Board of the District of Columbia Housing Finance Agency.
