203+Medicine at Howard University Hospital and recently served as the
204+Medical Director of the Emergency Care Center (ECC) at Providence
205+Hospital from 2004 to 2023.
206+Born and raised in the District of Columbia and a third- generation
207+physician, Dr. Strudwick maintains a strong commitment to serving the
208+needs of the community. His experience in a mission- driven
209+organization has allowed him to understand the strong need for
210+standards of competence in frontline medical providers.
211+With the high level of responsibilities to lead a competent staff while
212+providing excellent care to patients daily, Dr. Strudwick still makes time to serve as medical
213+Director of the Event Medicine Program, the Wellness Institute, Occupational Health, and the
214+Medial Associate Program (Hospitalist). He also serves on the Providence Hospital Foundation
215+Board.
