	21	+	The legislation will approve multiyear Contract No. DCAM-24-NC-CA-0005 with WGL Energy
	22	+	Services, Inc., to provide firm and interruptible natural gas supply for the District’s real estate
	23	+	portfolio. The contract is in the not-to-exceed amount of $18,275,000 with a period of performance
	24	+	from June 1, 2024, through June 30, 2027.

18		-	RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
19		-	resolution may be cited as the “Multiyear Contract No. DCAM-24-NC-CA-0005 with WGL
20		-	Energy Services, Inc., Emergency Approval Resolution of 2024”.

22		-	Sec. 2. Pursuant to section 451(c) of the Home Rule Act, (D.C. Official Code § 1-
23		-	204.51(c)), the Council approves multiyear Contract No. DCAM-24-NC-CA-0005 with WGL
24		-	Energy Services, Inc. to provide firm and interruptible natural gas for the District of Columbia’s
25		-	real estate portfolio in the not-to-exceed amount of $18,275,000.

27		-	Sec. 3. Transmittal.
28		-	The Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the Mayor.

30		-	Sec. 4. Fiscal impact statement.
31		-	The Council adopts the fiscal impact statement of the Chief Financial Officer as the fiscal
32		-	impact statement required by section 4a of the General Legislative Procedures Act of 1975,
33		-	approved October 16, 2006 (120 Stat. 2038; D.C. Official Code § 1-3013.47a).

	63	+	27 Inc. to provide firm and interruptible natural gas for the District
	64	+	of Columbia's real estate

	66	+	in the not-to-exceed amount of $18,275,000.
