| 24 | | - | to approve proposed rules to implement the Flexible Rent Subsidy Pilot Program. |

| 25 | | - | (b) PR25-0731 will not be deemed approved until September 16, 2024. |

| 26 | | - | (c) The Department of Human Services reports that effective program implementation, |

| 27 | | - | including the proposed expansions of program eligibility to adult-only households and residents |

| 28 | | - | between the ages of 18 and 21, requires approval of the rules on an expedited basis, before |
