297+in the District of Columbia. Over the past decade, he has developed an

300+initiatives that positively impact the residents of Washington, DC.
301+In 2021, Mr. Fuller launched Adinkra Solutions, Inc., a Washington, DC
302+based full-service real estate services firm specializing in advisory services, community
303+engagement, multi-family investments, and commercial leasing. Drawing upon extensive
304+experience in affordable housing finance, real estate development, and government operations,
