29 | | - | Temporary Amendment Act of 2024, passed on 2nd reading (Enrolled version of Bill 25-913) |

30 | | - | (“temporary act”), which was transmitted to the Mayor on September 23, 2024, and is pending |

32 | | - | (c) Identical emergency legislation is necessary to prevent a gap in the law |
