165	165	Department of Human Resources. While with the Department of
166	166	Human Resources, Mr. Ross advised and assisted the Mayor’s Office of
167	167	Talent and Appointments with its recruitment and onboarding of
168	168	Mayoral appointees. Before serving at DCHR, Mr. Ross was an attorney
169	169	at Goldblatt Martin Pozen, LLP, and served as the Acting Deputy
170	170	Director of Operations and Human Resource Director for the District of
171	171	Columbia’s Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA). While at the DCRA, he
172	172	also served as the Chairman of the District of Columbia’s Board of Condemnation of Insanitary
