234234 to founding his firm, Mr. Walters served as the Torti Gallas and Partners Principal Designer and Principal in Charge for many local and nationally recognized residential and mixed-used projects.
235235 Mr. Walters is a licensed architect who possesses National Council of Architectural Registration
236236 Board and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional certifications. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and has led several speaking
237237 engagements on urban projects and mid-rise and high- rise housing. In addition, Mr. Walters
238238 achieved the 2021 AIA Maryland Excellence in Design, Jury Citation, Residential Architecture,
