202	202	Dr. Cheryl Williams is a semi -retired pediatrician. She has aided the
203	203	citizens of the District of Columbia for more than 23 years as a physician
204	204	in the public health care system. Dr. Williams also served as a Medical
205	205	Officer and Supervisory Medical Officer for the District of Columbia
206	206	Community and School Health Program and worked as Medical
207	207	Director of the Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA). In this
208	208	capacity, she provided executive leadership, strategic planning, and
209	209	organizational development in administrative and clinical oversight in
210	210	all matters related to the well-being of children, including physical and
211	211	mental health and ancillary services.
212	212	Dr. Williams played a role in creating CFSA’s on-site Medicaid-reimbursable medical clinic,
213	213	which is staffed with nurse practitioners, for children entering, re-entering, and who experience a
214	214	re-placement while in foster care.
215	215	A Ward 7 resident, Dr. Williams earned her Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Howard
