	14	+	Pursuant to D.C. Oﬃcial Code § 2-352.02, I have enclosed, for consideration by the Council of the District of Columbia,
	15	+	the (a) Council Contract Summary for the contract between the District of Columbia Housing Authority (“DCHA” ) and
	16	+	Lonch, Inc., and (b) proposed Multiyear Contract Number DCHA 41-D-2024 with Lonch, Inc. Approval Resolution of
	17	+	2025.

	19	+	DCHA proposes to enter into a contract for janitorial services for select DCHA buildings with Lonch, Inc. T he proposed
	20	+	contract with Lonch, Inc. is in the amount of $908,200 for a 2 year base term. The proposed contract also allows
	21	+	DCHA to extend the contract for up to three (3) one (1) year option periods.

	84	+	Sec. 2. Pursuant
	85	+	to section 451 of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act, approved
	86	+	December 24, 1973 (87 Stat. 803; D.C. Official Code § 1-204.51 ), and section 202

	88	+	Procurement Practices Reform Act
	89	+	of 2010, effective April 8, 2011 (D.C. Law 18-371;.D.C.
	90	+	Official Code § 2-352.02), the Council approves the Multiyear Contract Number 41-D-2024
	91	+	with Lonch, Inc. to provide janitorial services to select District
	92	+	of Columbia Housing
	93	+	Authority buildings in the not-to-exceed amount
	94	+	of $908,200.00 for the period from the
	95	+	execution date
	96	+	of the contract to the two year anniversary of the execution date of the
	97	+	contract.
	98	+	Sec. 3 Transmittal.
	99	+	The Council shall transmit a copy
	100	+	of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the District of
	101	+	Columbia Housing Authority and the Mayor.
