31 Sec. 3. The Council of the District of Columbia shall transmit a copy 	of this resolution,

Dr. Keita Vanterpool 
Dr. Keita Vanterpool, a licensed chiropractor and esteemed health and 
wellness expert, is dedicated to educating the public on a wide range of 
health care topics, including nutrition, fitness, stress management, and 
chronic disease control. 
As the founder of CHIROKEI Consulting, LLC, Dr. Vanterpool and her 
team provide comprehensive health and wellness programs and 
demonstrations to both corporate and non-	corporate entities. 
Additionally, she established TRILOGY Fitness Group, a 501(c) 3 
organization that aims to improve access to healthcare in underserved 
communities. 
Beyond her successful practice, Dr. Vanterpool serves as a regulator and policy maker, holding 
significant roles such as Chair of the Washington, DC Board Chiropractic and being the first 
African American woman and first elected official on the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing 
Board (FCLB). She is the immediate past Vice President of the FCLB. 
Her dedication to the chiropractic profession is evident through her active involvement with the 
National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE), where she served as the First African 
American Female Director. She participated in testing and standard setting committees and graded 
licensees who faced sanctions for the Ethics and Boundaries Assessment Services (EBAS). 
A Ward 8 resident, Dr. Vanterpool earned her Bachelor of Science in Medicine from Elizabeth
