203203 Dr. Shannan Walker is a licensed acupuncturist with over 15 years of
204204 experience in integrative and community- based acupuncture. Throughout
205205 her career, she has collaborated with medical doctors, alternative
206206 medicine practitioners, and acupuncturists in Chicago, Miami, Phoenix,
207207 Maryland, and Washington, D.C.
208208 Currently practicing in Washington, D.C., she is also pursuing a second
209209 master’s degree in social work, specializing in counseling, to further
210210 support holistic health and well-being.
211211 A Ward 7 resident, Dr. Walker earned her Bachelor of Science in
212212 Marketing from Xavier University of New Orleans and both her Master
213213 of Traditional Oriental Medicine and her Doctor of Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of
