238238 team of midwives across eight clinics, as well as spearheading an
239239 initiative to expand services at Howard University Hospital.
240240 Ms. Gutterman has served on DC’s Perinatal Quality Collaborative and
241241 as the Chair of the DC Affiliate of the American College of Nurse
242242 Midwives (ACNM) and of ACNM’s Government Affairs Committee.
243243 She also works as adjunct faculty in the School of Nursing at
244244 Georgetown University.
