31 | | - | (c) As of March 2025, District legal services providers report that payment administration |

32 | | - | and communication issues have prevented final resolution of a small number of cases for |

33 | | - | homeowners who continue to benefit from foreclosure protection. |
---|
34 | | - | (d) Emergency legislation is necessary to prevent a lapse in the law prior to the |
---|
35 | | - | fulfillment of its purpose. |
---|
36 | | - | Sec. 3. The Council of the District of Columbia determines that the circumstances |
