DCHA properties with Vigil Contracting, Inc. for four (4) years. Under the proposed contract, Vigil Contracting, LLC
will receive $3,700,000.00

21 RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
22 resolution may be cited
as the "Multi year Contract Number 00 l 3-D-2022 with Vigil Contracting,
23 Inc. Approval Resolution of 2025".
24 Sec.
2. Pursuant to section 451 of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act, approved
25 December 24, 1973 (87 Stat. 803; D.C. Official Code§ 1-204.51), and section 202 of the
26 Procurement Practices Refo1m Act
of 2010, effective April 8, 2011 (D. C. Law 18-3 71; D.C.
27 Official Code § 2-352.02), the Council approves the Multi year Contract
Number 00 l 3-D-
28 2022 with Vigil Contracting, Inc. to provide Phase 1 Security Camera and Access Control
29 Upgrades services to select District
of Columbia Housing Authority properties in the not-to-
30 exceed amount
of $3,700,00.00 for a four (4) year contract.
31 Sec. 3 Transmittal.
32 The Council shall transmit a copy
of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the District of
33 Columbia Housing Authority and the Mayor.

Sec. 4. Fiscal impact statement. 1
The Council adopts the fiscal impact statement of the Chief Financial Officer as the fiscal 2
impact statement required by section 4a of the General Legislative Procedures Act of 1975, 3
approved October 16, 2006 (120 Stat. 2038; D.C. Official Code § 1-301.47a). 4
Sec. 5. Effective date. 5
This resolution shall take effect immediately. 6
