56	56	21 RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this

61	61	2. Pursuant to section 451 of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act, approved
62	62	25 December 24, 1973 (87 Stat. 803; D.C. Official Code§ 1-204.51), and section 202 of the
63	63	26 Procurement Practices Refo1m Act
64	64	of 2010, effective April 8, 2011 (D. C. Law 18-3 71; D.C.
65	65	27 Official Code § 2-352.02), the Council approves the Multi year Contract
66	66	Number 00 l 3-D-
67	67	28 2022 with Vigil Contracting, Inc. to provide Phase 1 Security Camera and Access Control

69	69	of Columbia Housing Authority properties in the not-to-
70	70	30 exceed amount

74	74	of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the District of

84	84	The Council adopts the fiscal impact statement of the Chief Financial Officer as the fiscal 2
85	85	impact statement required by section 4a of the General Legislative Procedures Act of 1975, 3
86	86	approved October 16, 2006 (120 Stat. 2038; D.C. Official Code § 1-301.47a). 4

88	88	This resolution shall take effect immediately. 6
