26	26	Section 1. Subsections (2) through (6) of section 828.12, 13
27	27	Florida Statutes, are renumbered as subsections (3) through (7), 14
28	28	respectively, present subsection (2) is amended, and a new 15
29	29	subsection (2) is added to that section, to read: 16
