34 | 34 | | therapeutic efficacy of alternative therapies, including the use 21 |
---|
35 | 35 | | of 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA), psilocybin, and 22 |
---|
36 | 36 | | ketamine, in treating mental health and other medical 23 |
---|
37 | 37 | | conditions, including: 24 |

62 | 62 | | with the efficacy of treatments currently used for the mental 37 |
---|
63 | 63 | | health and other medical conditions listed in paragraph (a). 38 |

64 | 64 | | (2) By September 1, 2023, the Department of Health shall 39 |
---|
65 | 65 | | submit a written report to the Governor, the President of the 40 |
---|
66 | 66 | | Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives which 41 |
---|
67 | 67 | | contains its findings and recommendations for future legislative 42 |
---|
68 | 68 | | action and implementation. 43 |

69 | 69 | | (3) This section expires September 30, 2023. 44 |
