Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Section 561.425, Florida Statutes, is created 10
to read: 11
561.425 Distilled spirits; in -store servicing authorized. — 12
Nothing in s. 561.42 or any other provision of the alcoholic 13
beverage law shall prohibit a distributor of distilled spirits 14
from providing in-store servicing of distilled spirits sold by 15
such distributor to a vendor. "In -store servicing" as used 16
herein means: placing the distilled spirits on the vendor's 17
shelves and maintaining the appearance and display of said 18
distilled spirits on the vendor's shelves in the vendor's 19
licensed premises; placing the distilled spirits not so shelved 20
or displayed in a storage area designated by the vendor, which 21
is located in the vendor's licensed premises; rotation of 22
distilled spirit beverages; and price stamping of distilled 23
spirit beverages in vendor's licensed premises. 24
Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 25
