22	22		Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 11

24	24		Section 1. The trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust 13
25	25		Fund shall convey to the District Board of Trustees of Indian 14
26	26		River State College, in fee simple, and for a ll uses as 15
27	27		permitted by law, the following described real property located 16
28	28		in St. Lucie County and more particularly described as follows: 17

30	30		A parcel of land lying in Sections 23, 24, 25, and 26, 19
31	31		Township 36 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, 20

99	99		(2) Any sale or disposition of the real property described 68
100	100		in section 1 by the District Board of Trustees of Indian River 69
101	101		State College may result in ownership of the property reverting 70
102	102		back to the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust 71
103	103		Fund on behalf of the state. 72
104	104		Section 3. The Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust 73
105	105		Fund shall convey the real property described in section 1 to 74
106	106		the District Board of Trustees of Indian River State College 75
