31- Section 1. Paragraph (c) of subsection (5) of section 18
32-1002.33, Florida Statutes, is amended to read: 19

54-authorization and the sponsor's progress toward that vision. 29
55- b. The alignment of the sponsor's policies and practices 30

57- c. The academic and financial performance of all operating 32
58-charter schools overseen by the sponsor. 33
59- d. The status of charter schools authorized by the 34
60-sponsor, including approved, operating, and closed schools. 35
