Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Subsection (10) of section 163.31801, Florida 9
Statutes, is amended to read: 10
163.31801 Impact fees; short title; intent; minimum 11
requirements; audits; chall enges.— 12
(10) Impact fee credits are assignable and transferable at 13
any time after establishment from one development or parcel to 14
any other that is within the same impact fee zone or impact fee 15
district or that is within an adjoining impact fee zone in the 16
same county or impact fee district within the same local 17
government jurisdiction and which receives benefits from the 18
improvement or contribution that generated the credits. This 19
subsection applies to all impact fee credits regardless of 20
whether the credits were established before or after June 4, 21
2021. 22
Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 23
