2424 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 11

2626 Section 1. Present paragraph (e) of subsection (2) of 13
2727 section 373.036, Florida Statutes, is redesignated as paragraph 14
2828 (f), a new paragraph (e) is added to that subsection, and 15
2929 paragraph (b) of subsec tion (7) of that section is amended, to 16

3333 (2) DISTRICT WATER MANAGEMENT PLANS. — 20
3434 (e) As part of the district water management plan, each 21
3535 governing board, in cooperation with local gover nments, shall 22
3636 develop a list of critical wetlands to be acquired using funds 23
3737 from the Land Acquisition Trust Fund. The governing boards shall 24

6262 (b) The consolidated annual report shall contain the 37

133133 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 84
