101 | 101 | | must, by rule, determine which diseases are to be designated as 64 |
---|
102 | 102 | | sexually transmissible diseases and shall consider the 65 |
---|
103 | 103 | | recommendations and classificati ons of the Centers for Disease 66 |
---|
104 | 104 | | Control and Prevention and other nationally recognized medical 67 |
