2323 Section 1. Paragraph (d) of subsection (7) of section 10
2424 1011.62, Florida Statutes, is a mended to read: 11
2525 1011.62 Funds for operation of schools. —If the annual 12
2626 allocation from the Florida Education Finance Program to each 13
2727 district for operation of schools is not determined in the 14
2828 annual appropriations act or the substantive bill implementing 15
2929 the annual appropriations act, it shall be determined as 16

3131 (7) DETERMINATION OF SPARSITY SUPPLEMENT. — 18
3232 (d) Each district's allocation of sparsity supplement 19
3333 funds shall be adjusted in the following manner: 20
3434 1. A maximum discretionary levy per FT E value for each 21
3535 district shall be calculated by dividing the value of each 22
3636 district's maximum discretionary levy by its FTE student count. 23
3737 2. A state average discretionary levy value per FTE shall 24
