13	13	An act relating to Okeechobee County; providing for 2
14	14	the conveyance of specified lands to the Okeechobee 3
15	15	County Board of County Commissioners; providing an 4

18	18	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

20	20	Section 1. The Board of Trustees of the Internal 9
21	21	Improvement Trust Fund shall convey to the Okeechobee County 10
22	22	Board of County Commissioners the lands historically known as 11
23	23	the Florida School for Boys at Okeechobee in fee simple, 12
24	24	consisting of the following described parcels of land situate, 13
25	25	lying, and being in Okeechobee County and more particularly 14
26	26	described as follows: 15

28	28	All that part of Section 34, lying East of State 17
29	29	Highway No. 15 (formerly No. 29) and West of the 18
30	30	abandoned right-of-way of the Florida East Coast 19
31	31	Railroad; 20

33	33	All parts of the West half of Section 35, lying North 22
34	34	and West of the abandoned right -of-way of the Florida 23
35	35	East Coast Railroad; 24

68	68	upon becoming a law, whichever occurs later. 47
