Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

 Section 1.  Section 17 of chapter 2004 -456, Laws of 10 
Florida, as amended by chapters 2006 -355, 2007-307, and 2008-11 
284, Laws of Florida, is amended to read: 12
