District, Manatee County; repealing ch. 2005 -350, Laws 3
of Florida; abolishing the district; transferring 4
assets of the district; providing an effective date. 5

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Chapter 2005-350, Laws of Florida, is repealed. 9
Section 2. The Trailer Estates Fire Control District is 10
abolished. All assets of the Trailer Estates Fire Control 11
District are transferred to the Trailer Estates Park and 12
Recreation District. 13
Section 3. This act shall take effect September 30, 2022. 14
