| 59 | 59 | | his or her status as a living organ donor; 34 |
|---|
| 60 | 60 | | (b) Preclude an insured from donating all or part of an 35 |
|---|
| 61 | 61 | | organ as a condition to continuing to receive coverage under the 36 |
|---|
| 62 | 62 | | policy; or 37 |
|---|
| 63 | 63 | | (c) Otherwise discriminate in the offering, issuance, 38 |
|---|
| 64 | 64 | | cancellation, coverage, premium, or any other condition of the 39 |
|---|
| 65 | 65 | | policy for a person without any additional actuarial risk and 40 |
|---|
| 66 | 66 | | based solely on his or her status as a living organ donor. 41 |

| 67 | 67 | | (3) The commission may adopt rules and take actions 42 |
