2626 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 13

2828 Section 1. (1) The following rule is ratified for the 15
2929 sole and exclusive purpose of satisfying any condition on 16
3030 effectiveness imposed under s. 120.541(3), Florida Statutes: 17
3131 Rule 69L-7.020, Florida Administrative Code, titled "Florida 18
3232 Workers' Compensation Health Care Provider Reimbursement 19
3333 Manual," as filed for adoption with the Department of State 20
3434 pursuant to the certification package dated October 22, 2021. 21
3535 (2) This act serves no other purpose and shall not be 22
3636 codified in the Florida Statutes. After this act becomes law, 23
3737 its enactment and effective dates shall be noted in the Florida 24
3838 Administrative Code, the Florida Administrative Re gister, or 25

5151 both, as appropriate. This act does not alter rulemaking 26
5252 additions delegated by prior law, does not constitute 27
5353 legislative preemption of or exception to any provision of law 28
5454 governing adoption or enforcement of the rule cited, and is 29
5555 intended to preserve the status of any rule cited as a rule 30
5656 under chapter 120, Florida Statutes. This act does not cure any 31
5757 rulemaking defect or preempt any challenge based on a lack of 32
5858 authority or a violation of the legal requirements governing the 33
5959 adoption of the rule cited. 34
6060 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 35
