1919 WHEREAS, the residents of East Lake Tarpon developed a 8
2020 common vision of East Lake Tarpon's future as a family -oriented, 9

2323 and the community worked with Pinellas County to adopt an East 12
2424 Lake Tarpon Community Overlay within the Pinellas County 13
2525 Comprehensive Plan that reflects the community's vision, in 14

2828 WHEREAS, the Legislature, in chapter 2012 -243, Laws of 17
