28 | 28 | | Section 1. Energy Equity Task Force. — 15 |

29 | 29 | | (1) The Energy Equity Task Force, a task force as defined 16 |

30 | 30 | | in s. 20.03(8), Florida Stat utes, is created adjunct to the 17 |

31 | 31 | | Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to provide 18 |

32 | 32 | | recommendations for fostering a fair and equitable transition of 19 |

33 | 33 | | this state's energy infrastructure to renewable energy 20 |
---|
34 | 34 | | technologies within minority, underserved, ru ral, and low-income 21 |
---|
35 | 35 | | communities. The task force shall comply with the requirements 22 |
---|
36 | 36 | | of s. 20.052, Florida Statutes. 23 |

37 | 37 | | (2) The task force shall consist, at a minimum, of the 24 |

72 | 72 | | a manner compatible with county or municipality comprehen sive 47 |
