222222 equipped to serve meals to 80 persons at one time, and derives 151
223223 at least 51 percent of its gross food and beverage revenue from 152
224224 the sale of food and nonalcoholic beverages d uring the first 60-153
225225 day operating period and each 12 -month operating period 154
226226 thereafter. Failure of any licensee issued this special license 155
227227 to meet the required percentage of food and nonalcoholic 156
228228 beverage gross revenues during the covered operating period 157
229229 shall result in the revocation of the license or denial of the 158
230230 pending application for a permanent license of a licensee 159
231231 operating with a temporary license. A licensee whose license is 160
232232 revoked, or an applicant whose pending application for a 161
233233 permanent license is denied, or any person required to qualify 162
234234 on the special alcoholic beverage license application, is 163
235235 ineligible to have any interest in a subsequent application for 164
236236 such license for a period of 120 days after the date of the 165
237237 final denial or revocatio n. 166
238238 Section 3. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law. 167
