| 20 | 20 | | Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 65 -1618, Laws of Florida, 9 |

| 23 | 23 | | Section 2. The Hernando County Port Authority shall consist 12 |

| 24 | 24 | | of the five (5) members of appointed by the board of county 13 |

| 25 | 25 | | commissioners of Hernando County , which shall sit and act as the 14 |

| 26 | 26 | | Hernando County Port Authority with all the powers and duties 15 |

| 27 | 27 | | attendant thereto. The terms of the members shall be for a 16 |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | period of four (4) years, provided that the present members 17 |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | shall continue in office for the balance of the term for which 18 |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | they were appointed. All vacancies shall be filled by the board 19 |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | of county commissioners for the unexpired term. The members of 20 |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | the authority shall elect one (1) of its members as chairman. 21 |

| 33 | 33 | | Each member shall be entitled to reimbursement for actual 22 |

| 34 | 34 | | expenses incurred in the administration of the office. Three (3) 23 |

| 35 | 35 | | members shall constitute a quorum f or any purpose. 24 |
