2020 launched a premeditated and unwarranted full -scale assault on 9

2323 WHEREAS, the unprovoked and baseless attack by the Armed 12
2424 Forces of the Russian Federation has resulted in hundreds of 13
2525 senseless deaths and thousands of injuries to innocent Ukrainian 14

2727 WHEREAS, over 500,000 civilians have been displaced and 16
2828 have needlessly suffered as a result of President Vladimir 17
2929 Putin's brutal aggression, and 18
3030 WHEREAS, President Putin has issued a directive to increase 19
3131 the readiness of Russia's nuclear weapons, which could lead to a 20
